This started to test and develop the washing system in 2008 under request of Airbus for U.S. Army (LUH72-EC145). The machine is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, as are all the supports and reels of the washing and rinsing systems. This special rotary washing system increases the contact time of water on the material being washed.

The machine is equipped with a vertically sliding door designed to reduce bulk and improve access to the inside of cleaning machines. It is also equipped with an internal carriage (whose dimensions are of 1055x550x60) that allows easy insertion of the IBF. Currently, the trolley is prepared for the H145.

Washing and rinsing reels are placed to ensure the best possible operation. Inside the main compartment, there is a very special filter so-called Recirculation Filter that must filter dirty waterso as to stop sand and dust with minimum size of 10µm.
